A, B and GPI. Use proper interface for
specific device.
-
TALLY A uses it power
from the TTLC. Do not connect any device in this port other than dry
contact or
photocell. Connecting non specified devices in this port will
permanently
damage your device as well as TTCL. Same precaution also applicable for
all 9
Pin D-SUB connector
-
*TALLY B
interface is designed for power (2.5~ 5V) from the
Digital Video Mixer/switcher. It is also counter electric shock proof.
Under
any circumstances it will not supply any kind of power from the TTCL.
This is
to protect your Digital Video Mixer/Switcher.
-
*GPI for
the MX 4 mixer GPI by Focus Enhancement.
(Only 804)
-
TTLC uses
it own LED through its own wire so any type or
brand of camera can be used without CCU (Camera Control Unit). Do not
connect
TTLC with any CCU. It will
not work and
will permanently damage both devices.
-
Return
video is just to see the master shot (ON AIR) for
framing. Recording should not be made from return video output. Video
noise
exist in return video output due to communication (talkback). In some
cases
noise from TTLC may effect master recording, to avoid the noise there
is a
master switch on the rear end to totally cut the return video and also
there are
switches to cut the video individually. Audio noise will occur if the
video
gain is high.
-
The
device can be used for any communication purpose like
sound, light,stage directions etc.
